The Boker BFF Packlite Black Richlite Fixed Blade Knife was designed by Lucas Burnley. It is a fixed EDC with full tang construction that the knife maker refers to as "Post Tactical." It is truly lightweight, with a skeletonized handle with removable handle scales made from sustainable Richlite, a composite made of resin and FSC-certified and recycled paper.

The blade of this modern piece is a traditional drop-point that is made of stonewash-finished powder metallurgical MagnaCut (62-63 HRC) steel for maximum stability and cutting strength. It is tough and corrosion resistant. Jimping (grooves) on the spine of the blade add to this knife's confident grip and control.

The BFF Packlite Richlite comes with a snug-fitting Kydex sheath and ball chain make this a great knife for neck carry.

This knife is hand crafted in the Boker Manufactory in Solingen, Germany.

The Boker Tree Brand Story 
In the 17th century, the Boker family began a small hardware factory beneath a towering chestnut tree in Germany. This tree was incorporated into the Boker's first logo in the 1600s, and has remained an important brand symbol. Over the years, the Boker family expanded their business and moved to Solingen, the City of Blades, to begin the now-famous knife line with cutlery expert Hermann Heuser. In honor of the majestic tree from their first factory, Boker was originally known as Tree Brand, and many still refer to it by this name.
