Each Wusthof knife is now made with PEtec, a state of the art technology featuring a computer controlled method for creating a razor sharp, long lasting edge. This technology measures the blade before sharpening, and calculates the exact angle of 14 degrees per side (for a total of 28 degrees) for each blade.
